What buyers should know
The developers have said they plan more than 500 homes in two 36-storey towers, while URA's tender estimate was about 470. Final counts and layouts depend on approvals.
Plans for River Green and River Modern on the neighbouring parcels are separate projects and should not be used to judge Parcel C.
Tell Davis Ng which layout you want, such as a two-bedroom near Great World MRT, and he will send the Parcel C drawings once they are released.
