River Valley Green Residences (Parcel C)

The development is located along River Valley Green in District 9, directly beside Great World MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line and next to Great World City. It is within easy reach of Orchard Road, Robertson Quay and the Singapore River.

River Valley Green was released across multiple Government Land Sales parcels. Parcel A was developed by Wing Tai (River Green) and Parcel B was secured by GuocoLand. Parcel C is a separate, later site won by a Sunway Developments, MCL Land and CSC Land Group joint venture at a top bid of about S$1,730 psf ppr (tender closed 18 June 2026). It will be its own development with a distinct name, design, pricing and unit mix.

The GLS tender for Parcel C closed on 18 June 2026 and the project is currently upcoming. The official launch date, project name and showflat preview are still to be announced (TBA). Register your interest through this site to be notified first.

River Valley Primary School is within 1 km of the site, making the development attractive for families considering Primary 1 registration priority. Several other reputable schools and enrichment centres in the District 9 and central area are also within a short drive.

The site sits at the doorstep of Great World MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), beside Great World City. The TEL links directly to Orchard, Marina Bay, the CBD and the East Coast, giving residents a fast, walkable connection across the city.

Great World City mall is adjacent to the site for everyday shopping, dining and a cinema. Robertson Quay, with its riverside restaurants and cafes, is a short walk along the Singapore River, and the Orchard Road shopping belt is only a few minutes away.
